1991. When an FBI agent with a serious chip on her shoulder is sent to a backwater Wyoming town, she gets embroiled in a series of copycat murders at a historic prison, and is drawn against her better judgement into solving the crime and saving the teenaged tour guide who reminds her so much of herself at that age.
